and workers
Participants acquire skills and competences that will improve
their employment possibilities upon completion of the project.
In addition to gaining practical training and sector knowledge
through their work at their host organizations and institutions,
participants improve language skills in the language of their
work environment as well as the Spanish and Catalan of
their living environments.
When integrating themselves into their placement's work
environment, they become a member of workforce and are
evaluated as such, and able to practice the skills they had
learned through their studies or gain new ones in the case
of unemployed and underemployed. Through the programme,
beneficiaries are able to acquire and/or improve Professional
Skills such as Leadership, Teamwork, Influencing/Negotiating
and Communication. They have opportunities to improve
Business Skills such as, Flexibility, Adaptability, and Problem
Solving within the environment in which they are placed. An
especially important skill honed through the programme is
that of Planning both in the workplace as well as in their
private lives in a foreign country. Placements are also
important to impart and fine-tune Technical and Specialty
Skills in their field of interest. Finally, all participants can
improve their Personal Skills, such as Self-Awareness,
Self-Management, Motivation and Enthusiasm, Initiative,

Work placements and Internships for students and young
people offer programme participants unique opportunities
to practice a chosen career and gain practical experience
in a real work environment while providing insights into
business practices, cultural awareness and acquiring new
language skills.
Mobility for staff
Projects are organised to explore best practices and
innovation, make contacts with colleagues for long-term
relationships, and focus on the teaching, professional
development and study needs of those in the field of
education and training, as well as related sectors.
Mobility projects for professionals and educators are first
and foremost a journey in small groups, with participants
visiting places of importance to their fields. A sampling of
programming includes:
Assessment of the use of ICT in diverse educational
settings, particularly in relation to e-learning, e-commerce,
social media and digital learning practices;
Investigating new methods and delivery of distance learning;
Identifying best practices in the delivery of career counseling
and workforce preparedness, especially for recent graduates,
those with low skills or the chronically unemployed;
Understanding and being able to promote sustainability and
growth in terms of SMART cities
Developing entrepreneurial spirits in primary and secondary
education
Faculty observing child development training;
Human and social service staff expanding programming for
social inclusion;
Barcelona´s technology parks and innovation initiatives,
smart growth, entrepreneurship and public-private partnership
models to emulate;

Our team of highly qualified, experienced staff prepares and manages programming in English, Spanish or Catalan. We are able
to engage in a wide range of projects, and provide both programming and related auxiliary services. We operate within international
settings as a member of an extensive network of partners, both domestically within Spain and trans-European.
Our primary focus is on the organisation, management and certification of projects and programmes. This includes working closely
with our partners to fulfill the requirements of funding contacts and training objectives. As a training agency, intermediary and
receiving partner for European projects, our staff is knowledgeable about reporting requirements of funders and pay close attention
to detail in carrying out each project. Our secondary focus is on coordinating the ancillary components to a project, such as language
courses, accommodations, local transportation, airport transfers and cultural activity.
